Hugo Mérida-Barba

Hugo Mérida-Barba is a seasoned professional in impact investing and clean energy, currently serving as the Founding Partner, CEO, and Chief Investment Officer of Bullfinch Asset AG since September 2020, where initiatives focus on financing and managing decentralized renewable energy projects. As a member of the Board of Directors for Greenfinch Gmbh & Co KG, Hugo contributes to investments in distributed clean energy assets across the EU. Additional roles include being an independent Director for the Investment Committee of KfW’s Agriculture and Forestry Sustainability Fund, and Founder & Managing Director of MvM Capital, specializing in impact and sustainability investments. Hugo also held various significant positions in the clean mobility and artificial intelligence sectors, including co-founding companies like Charging4Motion and Power to Motion.
