Uwe Danz

Uwe Danz has extensive experience in information security and IT auditing, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer (Information Security) and Senior IT Auditor at KfW since May 2012. Previously, Uwe worked at Commerzbank AG from January 1999 to March 2012 as an Information Security Professional, focusing on security processes, penetration testing, security coaching, and incident response, among other responsibilities. Uwe's technical expertise spans various operating systems, including AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and Windows. Uwe began transitioning into the information security field during the tenure as a Student Assistant at Technische Universität Dresden from 1995 to 1998, while also pursuing a degree at the same institution from 1993 to 1998.
