Samuel Berry

Mr. Berry joined their legal team in June 2016 and has served as their General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since September 2018. He also serves as internal counsel to the majority of their partner companies. Prior to joining Fortress, he was an associate attorney in the Corporate & Securities group of Mayer Brown LLP, where he specialized in M&A. Mr. Berry earned his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Michigan Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University.
