Rajeswari Seetharaman is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Team Lead at KG Invicta Services since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rajeswari worked as a Senior Client Recruiting Consultant at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, focusing on BFSI hiring and client deliverables. Rajeswari has extensive experience in the recruitment cycle, having held positions such as Assistant Manager and Consultant at Randstad India, and HR Recruiter for the BFSI domain at Covenant Consultants. Rajeswari began the career as a Research Consultant at Superior Group and as a Research Analyst at Aequitas Global. Rajeswari holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management from Kumarasamy College of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Vellalar College for Women.
