Dale Arsenault

Dale Arsenault has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1988. Dale worked at Digital as an HR Manager for Alpha Servers before moving on to Hewlett-Packard in 1998. At Hewlett-Packard, Dale held various HR director positions, including in the Supply Chain Enterprise Storage and Servers division, Business Critical Systems division, and NonStop Enterprise Division. Dale also served as an HR Manager for High Performance Technical Computing and Shared Engineering Services at Hewlett-Packard. In 2009, Dale joined KGA as the Director of Human Resources Solutions, where they managed the HR Solutions practice for a wide range of client groups. Dale provided strategic approaches and tools to help address critical business management issues in alignment with the unique situations of each client.

Dale Arsenault attended Becker College from 1969 to 1971, studying Business Administration. No degree was obtained during this time.
