Kathy Greer has a diverse work experience. Kathy is currently a Senior Advisor at the National Behavioral Consortium, where they lead the Marketing and Social Media group and facilitates monthly Town Hall meetings. Kathy also publishes articles on workplace mental health issues. Kathy is the Founder of KGA, Inc., a top-tier EAP and Work Life Program that they started in 1982. Additionally, they serve as a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, a group of angel investors who support women-led businesses. Kathy actively participates in "Office Hours," a program that provides education and discussions between Golden Seeds members and entrepreneurs.
Kathy Greer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Babson College, which they obtained in 1973. Later, in 1978, they completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Counseling from Northeastern University. Kathy has also obtained a certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor from the Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Service Professionals in 1990.
