Tony O'Shea

Tony O'Shea has a diverse work experience in the facilities management industry, spanning over several companies and roles. Tony started their career in 1986 as an Account Director at Pall Mall Support Services. In 2001, following the acquisition of Pall Mall by Mowlem PLC, they were appointed Divisional Director responsible for UK Southern operations and sales performance at Mowlem Pall Mall. Tony joined MacLellan International Limited in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer and successfully increased market share and profitability of the Commercial division. In 2008, they moved to CIRIA as a Director, where they managed membership services and developed new business. In 2009, they joined Pall Mall Solutions as a Partner, focusing on facilities/soft services strategic consulting for various organizations. Currently, they are working at KGB Cleaning & Support Services Ltd as the Head of FM Services, with responsibilities involving implementing aligned soft services, managing customer contract negotiations, and exceeding performance targets.
