Edyta G.

Edyta G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Edyta started their career as an English Teacher at Centrum Języków Obcych w Brzegu from November 1997 to May 1999. Edyta then worked as an English Teacher at Zespół Szkół w Nielubi from September 1999 to August 2001. Following that, they served as the Deputy Head at Dozorbud Sp. z o.o. in September 2001. In January 2002, they joined Impel - Grupa Impel as a Team Leader for a brief period. In the same year, they started working at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., where they held several positions over the years, including General Affairs Specialist, Training Specialist, HR and General Affairs Manager, Chief Specialist (Internal Communication Unit), Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding Unit, and Chief Specialist - Head of HR KGHMI. Edyta is currently the Head of Human Resources Department for Foreign Assets at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. In 2020, they also took on leadership roles as the Executive Human Resources Manager and Head of Human Resources at KGHM International.

Edyta G. began their education at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree. Edyta then attended the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2006-2007, studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Edyta later pursued a degree in Clinical Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2012 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Edyta has obtained certifications in various fields. Edyta became a Certified Assessor for Assessment & Development Centre from IBD Business School in November 2018. In May 2017, they received a certification in Staff Mediation in the organization from Polskie Centrum Mediacji. In 2012, they became a Business Trainer through Moderator Sp. z o.o. Furthermore, Edyta obtained a Certified Controlling Specialist certification from Infor Training in 2012 and an Accountant Certificate from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce in 2010. In the same year, they also became an HR Business Partner through the Institute for International Research (IIR).
