From the beginning of his professional career, i.e. from 1996, he has been associated with KGHM Polska Miedź SA, where he worked in positions such as the Managing Director of Zakłady Górnicze "Rudna", General Director for Mining in Assets Zagranicznych, Chief Mining Engineer or Director of the Project Management Department. In 2015-2016, he was responsible for the production area as Vice President, Production Control at KGHM INTERNATIONAL LTD.
