Anna Osadczuk

Anna Osadczuk, EMBA, has extensive experience in strategic communication and health and safety within KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., serving in various high-level roles since September 2009, including Chief Specialist in the Strategy Department, Chief Health and Safety Specialist, and Director of Communications. Additionally, Anna has been a lecturer at Uczelnia Jana Wyżykowskiego since October 2024, focusing on interpersonal communication, marketing communication, effective learning techniques, marketing research, managerial lectures, and conflict resolution. Previous teaching positions include workshops on negotiation and mediation techniques and creative thinking training. Anna also has experience as a Press Spokesperson for the Urząd Gminy Polkowice and worked as a reporter and news presenter for Radio Plus. Anna holds an Executive MBA from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław and has further qualifications in LEAN Management, business training, team management psychology, and public relations from various institutions.
