Shawn Guenther

Shawn Guenther has extensive experience in the field of engineering and property management. Shawn is currently serving as the Chief Engineer at KG Investment Properties, LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kidder Mathews as an Electrical Administrator from 2018 to 2022, and also held the position of Chief Engineer during the same period. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Shawn worked at CBRE as an Assistant Chief Engineer from 2015 to 2018, and as a Lead Building Engineer from 2010 to 2015. Shawn started their career as a Building Engineer at Wright Runstad & Company in 2006 and worked there until 2010.
