Byron Williamson

Byron Williamson has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Byron is currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at KGPCo since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources from February 2020 to February 2022. Before joining XPO Logistics, Inc., Byron worked at Comcast Cable as a Human Resources Manager from May 2013 to February 2020. Byron started their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader, where they worked from February 2007 to May 2013.

Byron Williamson holds a Master's degree in Organizational Administration-Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University, which was completed in 2012. Byron also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Relations from the same institution. In addition, they have a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
