Stuart Romenesko

Stuart R. Romenesko is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and management across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor and EVP & Chief Financial Officer at KGPCo, the leading telecommunications product distribution and network services provider, Romenesko has a strong background in guiding organizations towards strategic financial success. Prior roles include Principal at Stuart R. Romenesko, LLC, where expertise in finance, operations, and strategy was utilized for private equity investments, and Executive at Petters Group Worldwide, contributing to multiple operating companies. As co-founder and CFO of Magnum Technologies, Inc., Romenesko played a pivotal role in software development before its acquisition. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at ValueVision International and senior roles at Shinners Hucovski & Co. and Arthur Andersen & Co. Romenesko holds a BS in Accounting from Marquette University and has furthered education at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
