Shinam Sultana has seven years of work experience in Human Resources. Shinam began their career in 2013 as an HR Trainee at OHPC Ltd., where they studied their HR policies and conducted a survey about the various practices. In 2014, they moved to OKAYA Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2016, they joined Diverse Lynx as a Sr. Executive - Resourcing, where they delivered potential resources to major clients in IT, Financial, and Telecom domains. In 2017, they worked at Compunnel Software India Pvt. Ltd. as an (IT) Recruitment Analyst. In 2020, they became an HR Operation - Manager at Bankedge, where they were responsible for a broad range of HR Operation activities. Currently, they work at KGS Technology Group, Inc. as a Sr. Business Consultant, where they are responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, formulating and implementing new policies, and networking through references, job portals, and walk-ins.
