Jeff Kreutz

Jeff Kreutz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of KH Properties, where their primary focus is on the vision and long-term strategic growth of the company. Jeff drives culture and purpose within the team to ensure the delivery of the best possible product to residents. Prior to this, Jeff served as the Advisory Board Chairman and Board Member for the Delta Upsilon Fraternity, Missouri Chapter. Jeff was also a Mentee and Fellow in the HEMP program, where they were matched with seasoned entrepreneurs for mentorship. Jeff's earlier experience includes owning and directing the development and acquisitions at KH Properties LLC, where they purchased, renovated, and managed neglected multi-family apartment complexes. Jeff also worked as a Manager at Houston's Restaurants, overseeing day-to-day operations, including service, food prep, labor, inventory, quality control, and bookkeeping.

Jeff Kreutz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, specializing in Restaurant Management. Jeff completed their studies at the university from 1994 to 1999.
