Fahad Ul Haq Baqai has a diverse work experience in various roles within the supply chain and e-commerce industry. FAHAD UL HAQ worked at Khaadi as an E-commerce Specialist, where they managed last mile operations, customer service, and warehouse fulfillment for online orders. Prior to that, Fahad worked as a Specialist Inventory at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. where they were responsible for inventory control and management. FAHAD UL HAQ also worked at Ideas by Gul Ahmed as a Supply Chain Executive, implementing and maintaining inventory control policies and procedures. Earlier in their career, Fahad worked as a Supply Chain Executive at Al-Abid Exports (Pvt.) Limited- Junxion, where they oversaw the supply chain process and managed inventory levels. FAHAD UL HAQ began their career as a Store Supervisor at Renfro Crescent, where they were responsible for managing inventory levels and tracking through a database system.

Fahad-ul-Haq Baqai completed their Matriculation Certificate in Computer Science from National Scholar Grammar High School in the years 1999-2004. Following that, they pursued a degree in Commerce from Pakistan Shipowner Govt. Collage at Karachi University between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Fahad-ul-Haq Baqai obtained certifications in Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard, Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners, and Inventory Management Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2019.
