Nikhil Ranjan

Nikhil Ranjan is a Counsel in Intellectual Property group in the Mumbai Office. He specialises in patents, designs, plant variety protection and biological diversity matters which includes audits, prosecutions, enforcements, contentious matters, and management.

Nikhil has advised on IP diligences, patent transactional matters, patent licensing matters and technology transfers. He has also assisted in representing clients before the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and various High Courts in relation to Patents and Design matters.

Nikhil works extensively on patent drafts, product audits, freedom to operate/ non-infringement opinions, invalidity opinions and patent prosecution. He has also widened his technical area to include mechanics, automobile engineering, nanotechnology, medical devices, physics, and materials.
