Nandini Roy

Nandini Roy is currently a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Jamco America and a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Khaitan Legal Associates, both positions held since 2023. Prior to these roles, Nandini served as the HR Head for Aavishkaar, Intellecap, and Tribe3 at Intellecap from October 2017 to October 2022. Nandini's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Diebold Nixdorf from October 2007 to September 2017 and as Assistant Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. from July 2005 to September 2007. Nandini began the career at Organon (India) Ltd. as Deputy Manager - HR from December 1997 to June 2005. Nandini holds an MBA from Jadavpur University (2000) and a B Com (H) in Commerce from Calcutta University (1997).
