Jim Hunt McIpd

Jim Hunt MCIPD is an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant currently with Pure Human Resources Ltd since January 2025. Previously, Jim held the position of HR Change Manager at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board from October 2023 to January 2025, and served as Senior Human Resources Manager at KBS Maritime from August 2022 to September 2023. Jim's extensive HR experience includes roles at NHS Surrey Heartlands CCG, Hampshire Southampton & IOW Clinical Commissioning Group, and South West Trains, focusing on stakeholder management, employee relations, training and development, change management initiatives, and successful resolution of complex HR cases. Jim also brings valuable experience from Carnival UK and NHS, where effective management of disciplinary and grievance issues led to strong trade union relations and compliance with employment legislation. Jim holds a degree in Personnel and Development from Solent University.
