Debashree Mukherjee

Debashree Mukherjee is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Khanna Paper Mills Ltd. since April 2024. Prior to this, Debashree held significant HR leadership roles at Fresenius Kabi as Head of Human Resources for FKOL, India, and at Boehringer Ingelheim as the National HR Lead for Trajenta & Glyxambi, where involvement in diversity and inclusion was prominent. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on leadership development, and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., where key contributions were made in employee engagement and organizational branding. Debashree holds a PGDPM/MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a BBA from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
