Sachin Bawari

Sachin Bawari is currently the Head of Risk for the Lending Business at Khatabook. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Risk at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., where they managed a mortgage portfolio of Rs 8 billion and led a team of credit managers. During their time at NeoGrowth, Sachin was responsible for credit appraisal, compliance with existing credit policy and process norms, and monitoring of key performance indicators. Sachin was also responsible for security creation by way of mortgage and liaisoning with empanelled valuation and legal agencies.

Under Sachin's leadership, the location they handled achieved the lowest cheque bounce rate across key locations in the country. Sachin was also identified as a 'Key Resource' within HDFC Bank Ltd. and nominated for Accelerated Leadership training.

Sachin Bawari has completed an executive programme in applied finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Sachin has also completed an MMS in MBA finance from the Sydenham Institute of Management. Sachin has a bachelor's degree in commerce from the H.R. College of Commerce & Economics.

Sachin Bawari reports to Ravish Naresh, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Shubham Rai - Head of Strategic Alliances & Corporate Development, Manasi Shah - Head of Communications / PR, and Gaurav Lahoti - VP, Engineering.
