Aleef Borhan, CFA has over five years of work experience in the financial industry. Aleef is currently serving as the Vice President of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad since August 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Associate in Fixed Income Research at Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) from October 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they evaluated existing and prospective issuers in the bond market across various industries and had dual coverage in both fixed income and equity. Before that, Aleef was an Executive at RHB Investment Bank from December 2017 to October 2018, where they focused on client coverage for GLC and public sectors. Aleef began their career at Khazanah Nasional Berhad as an Associate in Investments from April 2016 to August 2017. During their time there, they managed portfolios in the hospitality and media sectors, handled transactions, and had a regional market focus on South Korea.

Aleef Borhan, CFA completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University in the years 2013 to 2015.
