Mohammad Sohaib Saleem has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mohammad Sohaib started their career at Pakistan State Oil Company (PSO) as a Sr. Executive in Supply Chain and Legal. During their time at PSO, they managed oil trading and procurement operations worth approximately US$ 3 Billion dollars annually. Mohammad Sohaib was awarded the "Going Beyond the Call of Duty" Award for their exceptional performance.
Later, Mohammad Sohaib Saleem co-founded several ventures. Mohammad Sohaib co-founded Trimline Group, a global trading group dealing in polymers, chemicals, commodities, and raw materials. Mohammad Sohaib also co-founded Yaara.ai, an AI-powered writing assistant that helps writers, authors, content writers, marketers, and advertisers to increase their efficiency and output.
Additionally, they co-founded Khazanay, an e-commerce portal for used/pre-owned shoes, shirts, and fashion accessories. Mohammad Sohaib played a pioneering role in selling original brands both online and offline, promoting the re-use economy. Mohammad Sohaib also co-founded Paksign.pk, Pakistan's first and leading e-signature platform, used by leading corporates from the IT, manufacturing, and banking sectors to increase transaction turnaround time and go paperless. Likewise, they co-founded Wukla.com, Pakistan's first online and SaaS-based solution for contract and digital transaction management.
Mohammad Sohaib Saleem's work also includes their role as the Director of Research, Innovation & Commercialization at the Institute of Business Administration. Mohammad Sohaib heads the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) and is involved in executing new business ideas and promoting innovation and design thinking.
Most recently, they co-founded Trade Financers, an organization focused on trade financing. Mohammad Sohaib also co-founded Fadano, which aims to provide innovative solutions in the market. In addition, they serve as the Program Lead for the IBA Legal Skills Forum, contributing to the development of legal skills programs.
