Bruce Barkley

Bruce Barkley serves as the President and General Manager of KHBS/KHOG 40/29 & THE ARKANSAS CW since July 2020, leading a talented team at 40/29 TV in Northwest Arkansas. With extensive experience in news management, Bruce previously held the position of News Director at WYFF from October 2012 to July 2020, and at Jackson's 16 WAPT from July 2000 to October 2012. Prior roles include News Director at WOLO-TV 25 and Assistant News Director at WATE 6 On Your Side, as well as anchoring at WKPT. Bruce began a career in journalism as a Reporter at WNCT. Academically, Bruce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from American University, with prior studies at the University of Southern California.
