Elina Gritsay

Elina Gritsay is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager at KHD Humboldt Wedag, specializing in the technical and commercial planning and management of international projects for cement manufacturers since March 2022. Prior to this role, Elina held the position of Head of Development & Investment Department at HeidelbergCement from August 2016 to January 2022, leading an investment team, managing significant budgets, and overseeing project management and control. Elina's career began at Holcim as a Volga Project Scheduler and Assistant to Project Manager, where responsibilities included process optimization, project coordination, and health and safety supervision. Elina holds two Engineer's degrees in Banking and Financial Support Services and Process Engineering from Belgorod Shukhov State Technology University.
