Khepri
Rahmin R. is currently working as a Senior Analyst in Regulatory Solutions at Khepri since April 2023. Prior to this, Rahmin held similar roles at MJ Hudson and has experience as an intern at InstaDeep Ltd. Rahmin has also co-founded and served as President of UCL Atlas Advocacy, aiming to connect university students with high school students for sustainable projects. Additionally, Rahmin has a background in tutoring economics and has gained work experience in law firms like Baker McKenzie and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Rahmin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from UCL and achieved high grades in A Levels in History, Law, and Economics.
Khepri
Khepri is a consulting and outsourcing service provider to UK funds and regulated firms, established in March 2023, through a management buyout of four of MJ Hudson’s operating subsidiaries. Khepri was the ancient Egyptian god of rebirth responsible for carrying the sun across the sky every day. At Khepri, we anticipate and adapt to our clients' needs. We offer opinions and navigate challenges alongside our clients, and we understand that maintaining value for our clients is our single biggest objective. We work with various clients from Private Equity to Venture Capital firms providing a range of services including, Appointed Representative, Compliance Consulting, Fund Administration, and Host Fund Management.
