Salwa Al Maflahi

Ms. Al Braiki is currently an Assistant Vice President in the Acquisitions and Investment team within Aldar Properties PJSC, primarily focused on asset acquisitions, asset disposals and the portfolio management for several adjacent businesses. Having been selected as a scholarship student within Aldar’s graduate program in 2008, she initially joined the Portfolio and Development team and was part of several development projects including the circa AED 5 billion retail asset, Yas Mall, before moving to the Retail Asset Management team where she managed relationships with over 300 high profile Abu Dhabi retail stakeholders. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Investment and Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK.
