Nicole Camueiras

Nicole Camueiras has an extensive background in community management and online moderation, currently serving as Team Lead (Supervisor) for Community Managed Services at Khoros since April 2013, after the company was formed from the merger of Spredfast and Lithium Technologies. In this role, Nicole leads a global team of moderators and community management professionals, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through expert advice on best practices. Prior to Khoros, Nicole held positions as Lead Community Moderator and Community Administrator at LiveWorld and worked as a Social Media Moderator for various writing companies. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Freelance Content Writer, Search Engine Evaluator, and Performance Facilitator, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
