Rashmi Rathi

Rashmi Rathi is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background in managerial and technical roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Khoros since June 2021, Rashmi has previously held positions including Lead Software Engineer at the same company, Senior Software Engineer at Dell EMC from May 2020 to April 2021, and Manager at Morgan Stanley from September 2017 to May 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at Aricent from August 2011 to September 2017. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, completed in 2011.
