Sankar Vijay

Sankar Vijay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sankar started their career at Sutherland in 2014 as a Technical Support Consultant, where they provided assistance and resolved technical queries of customers through chat. Sankar then joined HiPower Support Center in 2016 as a Technical Service Representative, handling game-based queries through email and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. In 2018, Sankar joined PayPal as a Senior Consultant, where they handled customer queries regarding products, transactions, and account limitations through chat and email, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the best possible solutions. Sankar then transitioned to Target in 2019 as an Analyst, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, Sankar joined Khoros as a Data Analyst and was promoted to Data Analyst II in 2022.
