Dalbir Singh

Mr. Dalbir Singh is the President of the Global Coalition Against TB. He is well respected in the international arena of TB. He is an Honours graduate in Law and holds an MBA. He has also been the Chairman of Collegiate University of Delhi and a Member, Governing Board, Universal Business School. As National Secretary of Indian National Congress, he has handled challenging political assignments like formulation of policy, strategy, planning, logistics, coordination of Election Campaigns and national political programmes of the party relating to Public Health, Education, Social Welfare, Empowerment, Security and Governance.
