Anis Badshah

Anis Badshah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposals and contract management, currently serving as the Proposals and Contracts Manager at Khudairi Group since February 2014. Anis leads a multinational team based in Dubai and Europe, focusing on team collaboration and professional development. Prior roles included Proposals and Procurement Manager, where Anis secured and expanded projects in the government and oil and gas sectors across Iraq, Europe, and the USA, and Proposals and Procurement Engineer, overseeing project tenders and mobilization. Before joining Khudairi Group, Anis worked at Global Pharmaceuticals Pvt Limited as the Incharge HVAC, managing a team responsible for maintenance operations in a pharmaceutical plant. Anis holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wah.
