Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Engineering Patent Prosecution Team at Khurana & Khurana, Swapnil has a strong track record of managing associates and clients, as well as spearheading the Pune office. With qualifications as a Registered Patent Agent and multiple roles in patent engineering and prosecution since 2011, Swapnil has developed expertise in patent searching, drafting, and infringement analysis, particularly in software, electronics, and telecommunications. Additionally, Swapnil holds multiple advocacy roles with the Bar Council of India and Maharashtra & Goa, and is pursuing an MBA in Digital Marketing while holding a Bachelor of Laws and degrees in Information Technology.
