Dr. Aymen Qasim

Dr. Aymen Qasim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Chief Technical Advisor at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs since February 2019. Dr. Qasim founded TISYS in October 2017 and holds the position of CTO at SupportTech as well as a GIS technical project manager and API developer for QiCard, both roles commenced in February 2017. Additional experience includes web development as a freelancer from January 2014 to January 2015, a programmer for the Iraqi High Commission of Election in August 2013, and a web developer at Halasat for Internet Services from August 2012 to August 2013. Dr. Qasim earned a Doctor of Science in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Baghdad, completed in 2013.
