Chloe Francesca Fineman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chloe Francesca began their career in 2009 as a Beauty Consultant at Benefit Cosmetics and later worked at Moss and Coleman Solicitors as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. In 2014, they joined 33Six Consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant and subsequently became a Client Relationship Recruitment Manager-Technology. In 2018, Chloe joined Willis Towers Watson as an In-House Cross Segment Technology Recruiter. In 2021, they worked as a Talent Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy before transitioning to IKEA as a Recruitment Partner. As of 2023, Chloe is a Recruitment Business Partner at both Brit Insurance and Ki Insurance with a focus on Technology and Data. Throughout their roles, they have been involved in various recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, liaising with clients, and providing interview support.

Chloe Francesca Fineman attended The Bromfords School from 2004 to 2009 for their secondary education. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at The Bromfords Sixth Form in 2009 and graduated in 2011. Chloe then pursued their higher education at Anglia Ruskin University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2014.
