Marvi Cotone

Marvi Cotone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery management and agile methodologies within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Head of Delivery Management at Ki Insurance since January 2025, Marvi has previously held notable positions, including Assistant Director of Digital Delivery & Architecture at Homes England and Head of Agile Delivery Management at HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Earlier roles also encompass Lead Agile Project Manager at Answer Digital and Software Engineer at Trimble Civil Engineering Solutions, complemented by certifications as a Scrum Master.
