Sangdae Kim currently serves as the Head of the Strategic Business Planning Division at Kia Worldwide, focusing on strategic business planning for the global market since February 2019. Previously, Sangdae Kim held the position of Head of the Customer Experience Division at Kia, where responsibilities included the planning and design of customer experience across branding, marketing, and service sectors. Prior to Kia, Sangdae Kim worked at Hyundai Motor Company from July 1993 to February 2019, serving as the Head of Sub-Division for Hyundai/Kia Product Planning & Development, managing long-term product strategy, and also as Director in the Korean domestic marketing group and at the Marketing Strategy Group, overseeing brand and marketing strategy development. Sangdae Kim holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Master of Urban & Regional Planning in Public Administration from Seoul National University.
