Nader Fathi

Nader Fathi is currently the CEO and founder of Kiana Analytics, a company that delivers global visibility and a 360 degree view of quality, turning data into actionable information. Prior to this, they were the Executive Advisor to the CEO at OptimalPlus, spearheading OptimalPlus' entry into the electronics device business. Nader facilitated introductions to NI, which resulted in a $365 million acquisition. Nader has also served as Executive Advisor for IntraStage, working with IntraStage customers, team and investors on its next phase of growth. In addition, they have served as Executive in Residence at USC Stevens Institute for Innovation and Plug and Play Tech Center. Prior to their current roles, Nader served as the Camstar General Manager of Supply Chain Quality at Siemens from 2010 to 2012. From 2001 to 2010, they were the CEO of SigmaQuest, Inc.

Nader Fathi received their Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Nader also holds a Certificate in Gamification from The Wharton School, a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Certificate in Marketing and Business Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Nader Fathi also attended Alborz and Storm King School, where they received their High School Diploma.
