Nick Duarte

Nick Duarte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nick started their career in the US Army, serving as a Team Leader and later as a Combat Engineer Squad Leader. In 2018, they transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Relationship Manager at CoreVest Finance for two years. In 2020, they joined Tricon Residential as a Senior Analyst, focusing on acquisitions. In 2021, they became the Broker Experience Manager at Kiavi, a leading private lender in the residential real estate investment industry. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Team Lead at Kiavi, where they are responsible for managing and guiding the sales team.

Nick Duarte has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. Nick also holds a certificate in Real Estate with a concentration in Investments from UCLA. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Mortgage Loan Originator from the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation in 2023, and as a Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate in 2018.
