Donald McKay

Donald McKay has extensive experience in various technical roles. Donald served as the Head of Support at Kick ICT Group Ltd since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Talon Business Solutions Ltd from February 2016 to October 2019. Donald also worked as a Technical Manager at TSG from June 2004 to February 2016, where they managed the 3rd line support team and played a key role in improving support processes. Donald started their career as a Service Director at Clydeforth Digital Solutions in June 1986 and served in that role for nearly two decades until July 2004.

From 1982 to 1986, Donald McKay attended Kingsridge Secondary, but they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during that time.
