Pawan Tejwani

Pawan Tejwani has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Pawan started their career in 2012 as a Database Administrator at NSE Infotech, where they created and implemented database designs and data models. In 2013, they joined HashedIn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Development Engineer, working closely with clients to establish problem specifications and system designs.

In 2015, Pawan moved to FAASOS as a Lead Software Engineer, collaborating on all stages of systems development and maintenance. Pawan then joined Kickdrum in the same year, where they worked as a Software Engineer, providing programming solutions to Fortune 500 executives.

In 2016, Pawan joined Haptik as a Technical Architect, where they scaled the machine learning architecture and improved processes related to DevOps culture. Pawan also migrated projects to reduce latency for Indian consumers.

From 2017 to 2020, Pawan worked at PharmEasy as a Principal Technical Architect, where they architected and scaled two key products for the pharmaceutical supply chain. One of the products was a consumer-facing B2B platform, while the other was an internal data management system.

In 2020, Pawan worked as the Head of Technology at ReadyAssist - 24/7 Roadside Assistance, overseeing the technological aspects of the company. Currently, they are working at Dream11 as a Principal Engineer, responsible for handling India's biggest Fantasy Sports platform with millions of users.
