Gina Karas-Schilling

Gina Karas-Schilling is an experienced planning and inventory management professional, currently serving as the Planning & Inventory Manager at KMC since November 2020. Gina leads the Planning Team in scheduling and buying procedures, manages vendor relationships, oversees production schedules, and ensures high on-time delivery metrics. Prior to KMC, Gina worked at CFR Engines Inc. as a Master Production Scheduler, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining a master production plan to optimize inventory. With a solid foundation in production scheduling gained at Rockwell Automation, Gina's diverse background also includes roles as a Supply Chain Planner and Global Product Specialist. Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Management & Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College and has completed certifications in Law Enforcement and an associate degree in Criminal Justice.
