Heidi Hellesen

Heidi Hellesen has worked for various companies in the field of Human Resources. Heidi started their career in 1993 as an Employment Specialist at Advantage Bank and later worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dickten Masch Plastics from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2017, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Hampel Corp. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at KMC, a position they have held since 2017.

Heidi Hellesen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2016.
