Philip Weiser

Philip Weiser is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in fundraising and development. Currently serving as the Director of Development & Individual Giving at KickStart International since February 2022, Philip has contributed to enhancing food and income security for small-scale farmers in Africa through innovative irrigation technologies. Previously, Philip held positions such as Interim Director of Global Partnerships at the Foundation for African Medicine and Education and Director of Philanthropy for Massachusetts and Rhode Island at The Trust for Public Land, where significant fundraising milestones were achieved. Additional roles at The Nature Conservancy, MEET - Middle East Entrepreneurs for Tomorrow, and Oxfam America further showcase Philip's expertise in managing high-net-worth individual donor relationships and executing successful fundraising campaigns.
