Tjarda Voorneman

Tjarda Voorneman currently serves as Chief of Staff at Kickstart AI since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tjarda was the Head of Programmes & Community at Techleap.nl from December 2019 to January 2024, where Tjarda co-founded and led the organization's flagship program, Rise, accelerating the growth of over 100 companies. Tjarda also has significant freelance experience as a Senior Programme Manager from January 2015 to January 2020, developing various corporate and startup partner programs, including a Medtech Bootcamp Programme for EIT Health HQ. Earlier roles include positions as a Consultant at Youngworks and Winkelman Van Hessen, managing cross-media communication and international conference projects focused on entrepreneurship. Tjarda began a career as a Project Manager at Mammoni, assisting in the establishment of restaurants in Utrecht. Tjarda holds advanced degrees in Art, Policy and Management with a focus on Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
