Kristin Gonzales

Kristin manages the data collection and analysis of Kickstart’s entire portfolio, digging into piles and piles of data and emerging with a comprehensive evaluation (ASC 820 valuations, performance analysis for each fund, individual portfolio company, and LP). Armed with this knowledge and her natural penchant for understanding business strategies, she helps fill information gaps between team members. This enables Kickstart to make smarter decisions faster, streamline processes, and be more efficient, which is crucial for their investment process and financial reporting.

She originally discovered her interest in startups when she worked at EY auditing financial institutions and has applied that fervor as she actively works on diligence projects on top of controller responsibilities. As a Washington native, Kristin enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, and has a deep passion for animals and rescues.
