Erin James

Erin James is a seasoned professional in people operations and management, currently serving as a People Operations Associate at Kickstarter since April 2022. In addition, Erin has been the Studio Manager at The Handle Bar since June 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior People Experience Coordinator and People Experience Coordinator at Formlabs from October 2019 to November 2021, and as an Office Assistant in Student Activities and Cultural Programming at Providence College from September 2017 to June 2019. Erin also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern at Eastern Shore Capital Management and as a Seasonal Bank Teller at Salem Five Bank. A graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and a minor in Finance, Erin has built a diverse background in operational support and team coordination.
