Willow Vaughan

Willow Vaughan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and game design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Kickstarter, Willow leads Team Bee, focusing on tools to assist Creators in project fulfillment. Prior to this, Willow was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, managing teams and ensuring high-quality app performance. Additional roles include Development Lead at Intentional Software Corporation and various engineering and research positions at Microsoft and Carnegie Mellon University. As a Game Designer, Willow collaborates on the tabletop role-playing game Aeronauts, actively engaging in playtesting and community building. Willow holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
