Jessica Hernandez, MBA

Jessica Hernandez, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as a Showroom Sales Assistant at Innovations in Wallcoverings, where they assisted the Showroom Manager and Sales Reps with administrative and sales support, managed the sample department, and helped showroom clients. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Sales Director at Lapchi, LLC, where they worked with Interior Designers and clients in designing and ordering custom design rugs made in Nepal. Jessica also provided design consultation with color choices, designs, size, silk/wool options from the beginning of the project to the installation of the finished rug. Since 2019, they have been the Director of Operations & Business Development and Sr. Strategy Account Manager at Kidazzler, where they oversee day-to-day business operations for business marketing campaigns, consistently achieves business relationships with sales and marketing decisions, and implements marketing strategies to maximize business campaign performance.

Jessica Hernandez, MBA has a comprehensive educational background. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School with concentrations in Marketing and International/Global Studies, expected to be completed in 2022. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the American Intercontinental University in Los Angeles in Interior Design, and an Associate of Arts from Los Angeles Valley College in General Studies.
