Elodie Maillet has over two decades of experience in customer service, primarily in international and global roles. Currently serving as an International Customer Service Representative - Contractor at Kidde Fire Systems since 2013, Elodie focuses on fostering strong relationships with International Distribution customers and managing product requirements. Prior to this, Elodie spent 13 years at LSI Corporation, progressing through roles from Global Customer Service Representative I to Senior, where responsibilities included managing OEM customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product launches. Earlier experience includes roles at Parexel International Corporation as a Training & Development Registrar and at Abbott (formerly MediSense, Inc.) as a Customer Accounting Representative. Elodie holds a diploma from Waltham High School.
